Delivery (Shipping)

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Processing Times

We will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, please allow the following timeframes:

Standard delivery orders placed before 1 pm on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following business day.

Weekend and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, TWINT, and prepayment. Payment must be made in CHF.

Returns: 

Products may be returned within 14 days if unused and unopened.
