What is your return policy?

When will I get my order?
We prepare and send orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery with Swiss Post usually arrives in 3–5 working days. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll let you know by email. For complete details, please see our Full Shipping Policy.

Yes, all orders are sent with tracked delivery, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Swiss Post rates apply to all orders. The shipping cost per order is CHF 9.90.

Chicken Feeders & Drinkers
How do your automatic drinkers stay clean?
Our drinkers are designed to sit raised off the ground, helping to prevent dirt and droppings from getting into the water. They use either a float system or nipple design to provide fresh, spill-free water whenever your hens need it.
Are your feeders pest-resistant?
Yes. Our feeders use a ports with removable blockers that allows chickens to eat comfortably while they need to.
At night the blockers can be inserted helping to keep out mice, rats, and wild birds. They also include rainproof lids to keep feed clean and dry.
What capacity are your feeders and drinkers?
Our standard automatic drinker holds 15 litres, and our no-waste feeder holds 15kg of feed. Both are designed to reduce refill frequency and make daily care easier.
Health, Hygiene & Treats
What types of treats do you sell? Are they natural?
We offer a range of natural chicken treats, including mealworms, fruit and herb blends, and pecking blocks. These are made without artificial additives and encourage natural behaviours like foraging and pecking.
How can I manage pests such as red mites?
Our health and hygiene range includes red mite powder, coop disinfectants, and ground sanitising dust to help manage parasites and maintain a clean coop environment.
Do you sell supplements to support hen health?
Yes. We stock apple cider vinegar, which can be added to drinking water and is commonly used to support general wellbeing and digestion.
We also offer a range of natural supplements to help keep your flock in top condition.
